[Houston] Annual Meeting on Nov. 6 (Sunday)

Dear HUSTAA Board Members:
We had a very successful board meeting last Sunday at Lucky Dragon restaurant. About 13 board members attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Yidao CAI was nominated as the president-elect for next year. Currently, CAI is the secretary of HUSTAA board.
Due to Yi Zhang's excellent and quick work, we have already reserved park for our annual meeting:

Sheets "announcement" is the annual meeting announcement in Chinese - please provide your comments.
Sheets "agenda" is the preliminary agenda for annual meeting - please provide your comments.
Sheets "assignment" is the preliminary job assignment for annual meeting - please pay attention to your assignment and give your feedback.
Sheets "food" is the food preparation assignment for annual meeting - if you want to bring dishes to the party, please contact LIU Hong.
Sheets "activities" is the proposed entertainment activities during the annual meeting. - if you or your kids have any good ideas, please contact Jiahua YANG or Jing PENG.
Sheets "Chron" is the major HUSTAA events in 2004-2005. If you have more, please contact me.

In order to make the annual meeting to attract more members to attend, more fun, and more useful, please feel free to provide your comments/ideas.
Food and Entertainment Activities are the two most important things for the annual meeting. LIU Hong and Jiahua YANG, please coordinate it properly and ensure all items be prepared well. If you need any help, please let me know.
